Svein Fagereng, Managing Director

Holds a BSc degree in Petroleum Engineering (Drilling), Rogaland University 1984. A BSc degree in civil engineering from 1976.

Norad, World Bank in Southern Africa (1977-1981), Dowell Schlumberger as Field Engineer in Bolivia and West Africa (1981-1983), Part owner of Matre Instruments (1984-1986) developing down hole well test equipment.

Major shareholder and partner in ITC from start in 1987. Also active as well control trainer, basic and advanced drilling training, and systemization of computer based training software (CBT) and drilling operational software.

Holds a BA in teaching from 1977.

Extensive experience from the Norwegian school system. Background in development of training software (CBT) and other software. Extensive software development training.

Partner in ITC from start in 1987. Involved in drilling training and heading ITC's drilling operational software projects.

Beate Siglen, Training Administrator

Beate's work tasks are mainly course administration, invoicing, salary payments and other administrative tasks.

Ståle Olsen, Petroleum engineer staale@itcas.no Ståle holds a MSc. in Petroleum Technology (reservoir and formation evaluation), Norwegian University of Science & Technology , 2000. He did his main theses for Shell International E&P. Ståle is lecturing in petroleum technology topics in the Basic Petroleum Courses, Technical College and the Drilling Engineer courses such as the Sonangol / Norsk Hydro project 2001/2.
